If Something Goes Wrong — In Escalation Order
The order that works. Write to us first at adhyafin26@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied within 21 days, raise it with the AMC's Investor Relations Officer. Beyond that, SEBI SCORES handles securities-market complaints, RBI CMS handles bank/NBFC matters, and IRDAI's Bima Bharosa handles insurance. Our full Grievance Redressal page sets out timelines.
Our Policies
Six things worth knowing before you invest
KYC is done once
Complete KYC through any KRA and it works across every AMC in India. If someone asks you to redo it for each fund house, something is wrong.
Money never touches us
Your investment goes directly to the AMC from your own bank account. Never write a cheque to a distributor or transfer to an individual.
Nominate on every folio
A registered nominee turns months of legal difficulty into a short claim process. Do it at the time of investment, not later.
Assured returns do not exist
No market-linked product can promise a return. Anyone guaranteeing one on a mutual fund is either mistaken or misleading you.
Read the riskometer
Every scheme carries a riskometer from Low to Very High, updated monthly, on the front page of the scheme document.
Check your CAS every year
A Consolidated Account Statement from CAMS or KFintech shows every folio against your PAN. It's free, and it catches errors early.
